The challenge
What made this project demanding
Garment manufacturing puts a very high fire load — fabric, thread, packaging — on large open floors with high workforce density. Both the fire risk and the evacuation problem scale with the size of the floor, and neither is solved by equipment alone.

What we delivered
Textiles burn fast
Fabric and thread present a high, densely packed fire load that develops quickly and is difficult to reach once a rack is involved. The protection was sized to that reality rather than to a generic industrial classification.
Getting a large workforce out
On a large open production floor, the distance to an exit and the clarity of the alarm matter more than detection speed. Detection was laid out for coverage across the full floor area, paired with notification audible over machinery.
Protecting the systems that run production
Server and electrical rooms received clean-agent protection, keeping planning, cutting and inventory systems available after an incident in those rooms.
Surveillance across the floor
CCTV covers production and storage areas — as much for process oversight and goods security as for incident review.
Outcome
Fire protection engineered around textile fire load and large-floor evacuation, with surveillance across production and storage areas.
